Cally, Angus, and I are excited to announce the launch of our first CSA program. This is a new and exciting phase for our farm and we’re very much looking forward to signing up—and serving—members of the community. We’re proud of the food we produce and the way we improve our land and raise our animals. We hope you consider us and our clean regenerative food when you are making your dinner decisions.
2016-2017 Regenerative Meat Winter CSA
Our animals are raised in the green and rolling pastures of our 4th-generation family farm (5th if you count the 2-year-old apprenticing shepherd…and 11-day-old shepherdess-in-training!). We practice management-intensive regenerative farming methods that rejuvenate the soil, sequester carbon, and produce healthy food. We never use GMOs, antibiotics, hormones, pesticides, nor herbicides. All the meat delivered in our CSA was raised at Studio Hill and is USDA-inspected.
The winter CSA season runs from October through March.

Complimentary Home Delivery
We deliver member shares every month to any location within a 25-mile radius of Shaftsbury, Vermont. If you live beyond the delivery area, bulk deliveries can be arranged to Albany, Boston, Burlington, White River Junction and more.
Your Monthly Delivery
Each monthly delivery will contain some combination of the following items. All meat will be delivered frozen and vacuum-sealed. Thaw. Cook. Dinner!
