A few years ago, our neighbor and good friend from just up the road dropped off a few mugs he made in his home kiln as gifts for us. They were so beautiful, comfortable, and durable that they quickly became our favorite mugs for coffee in the mornings and tea in the evenings.
When we launched our Schoolhouse vacation rental on Airbnb, we put some of these mugs into the house because we loved them so much. We weren't surprised when many of our guests started commenting on how much they loved them as well--always asking, "Where did you buy them?!"
Well. We didn't buy them. We're lucky enough to know the artist. But now you can buy them.
Ryan handcrafts these mugs during the cold Vermont winters in small batches in his home just a short walk from our farm. As they are handcrafted, each one is unique. If you buy more than one, you will notice that they vary ever-so-slightly in size and shape. But, because they all have the same style and wonderful color, they make a handsome set when sitting together on the table.
