This raw wildflower honey is made by our new friends, Adam and Ashely Howe, at However Wild Honey. We had heard about them and their wonderful apiary a thousand times, but, for years, we never got the chance to meet. Finally, Cally and I reached out. And we're so glad we did!
Adam and Ashely are 2nd-generation beekeepers here in Shaftsbury, Vermont and have built their operation up to 1,500 hives! They are local pollination heroes committed to making actual honey from actual wildflowers—with all their natural antioxidants, antibacterial properties, and health benefits.
Cally and I have loved this honey for years—on toast, in tea, by the heaping spoonful. It's floral flavor is amazing and unlike any honey we've ever had from the supermarket. You will love it.
